【新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大の影響に伴う「ジ・アッタテラス クラブタワーズ」臨時休業のお知らせ】
 

ジ・アッタテラス クラブタワーズでは、新型コロナウイルス感染症(COVID-19)の全国的な感染拡大について考慮するとともに、当ホテルの施設運営管理上の観点から下記期間の営業につきまして臨時休業とさせていただきます。お客様にはたいへんご不便をおかけいたしますが、何卒ご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
 

    【臨時休業期間】　2021年５月10日（月）～ ６月17日（木）
    6月18日(金)より営業再開の予定ですが、今後の予約受付開始や状況につきましてはザ・テラスホテルズ公式ホームページで随時ご案内してまいります。

臨時休業中のご宿泊につきまして、ご予約済みのお客様には大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしますことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。ご予約日程の変更、またはキャンセルの受け付けにつきましては順次、宿泊予約センターよりご連絡申し上げますので、今しばらくお待ちください。
 

    ◎ホテル公式ホームページ、またはオンライントラベルサイトからのご予約について

      ⇒ ご宿泊初日前日までのキャンセルおよび日程の変更につきましては、キャンセル料、変更料は頂戴いたしません。
      また、キャンセル手続きは当方にて行います。お客様ご自身によるキャンセル操作は不要です。
    ◎旅行代理店経由、またはオンライントラベルサイト航空券付きプランのご予約について

【Notice of temporary closure of “The Atta Terrace Club Towers” 】
 

In response to the spread of the novel coronavirus, we have decided to temporarily close The Atta Terrace Club Towers during the below period. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
 

    Period of Temporary Closure: May 10, 2021 – June 17, 2021

 

The Atta Terrace Club Towers is scheduled to reopen from June 18, 2021. The latest information regarding the reservations will be updated through our official website.
 

◆For guests with reservations during the closing period◆
 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to guests who have made reservations during the above period. Our reservation team will contact the guests regarding the schedule change or cancellations.
 

    ・Reservations from our official website or online travel agencies

      No cancellation fee will be charged for schedule changes and cancellations up to the previous day of your accommodation date.
      In addition, if you wish to cancel, our reservations team will assist you with the cancellation process.
    ・Reservation from travel agencies or online travel agencies with air tickets

      Please contact the travel agencies for details as conditions vary depending on the agency.
